4.1 Employers and Candidates — Platform Function

Candidate profile data (excluding WhatsApp number and CTC fields) is visible to registered Employers on the Portal as part of the core marketplace function. Full contact details and CTC data are shared with an Employer only in the context of an active application submitted by the Candidate or an Employer Invitation accepted by the Candidate.

Employer company profiles and job listings are visible to registered Candidates and Visitors as part of the core marketplace function.

4.2 Service Providers — Data Processors

We share data with trusted third-party service providers who process data on our behalf to operate the Portal. These providers are contractually bound to process data only as instructed by us and in compliance with applicable data protection law:

• Hosting provider — stores all Portal data on servers located in India.
• Payment processor — processes transaction data to complete purchases. Card and bank details are processed and stored by the payment provider directly and are not accessible to us.
• Email delivery provider — routes transactional and notification emails on our behalf.
• Analytics provider — processes anonymised usage data to help us understand Portal performance.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose personal data to law enforcement, courts, or regulatory authorities where required to do so by applicable Indian law, court order, or to protect the legal rights of the Portal or its users.

4.4 Business Restructuring

In the event of a restructuring, conversion of legal entity, merger, or acquisition involving Synergyne Technological Solutions, personal data held by us may be transferred to the successor entity.
