Where it started
Every vacancy that used to disappear into a WhatsApp thread now has a permanent home.JobsInPharma began inside pharma WhatsApp groups — the same groups where MRs, ASMs, and QA managers have always shared vacancies informally. We saw how much hiring activity already happens in this network every single day, and how little of it was searchable, organised, or easy to apply to.
So we built a portal around it. Every vacancy is now searchable by therapy area, GxP environment, dosage form, and experience level, and open to every pharma professional across India — not just the members of one group.
